Coins represent the on-site virtual currency.

Prohibited Use

kashrewards.com reserves the right to terminate a user's account and withhold any accumulated balance under the following circumstances:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities targeting other users.
- Using payment methods for purposes that do not align with the nature of KashRewards's services.
- Posting unlawful or harmful content on the website.
- Intentionally disrupting the performance of the KashRewards platform or interfering with our ability to deliver services.
- Engaging in any illegal activities.

Prohibited Chat Use

kashrewards.com may mute a user for a specified period or permanently, or even block the account entirely, for engaging in the following activities:
- Harassing other users or creating a hostile environment.
- Exhibiting toxic behavior or making provocative statements aimed at inciting reactions.
- Soliciting money from other users or staff (begging).
- Advertising or spamming, including posting referral links.
- Sharing bonus codes or any unauthorized promotional content.
- Engaging in any other unlawful activities.
- Advertising or sharing links to external sites.

Age Restriction

To use kashrewards.com, you must be at least 13 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement as stipulated by the laws of your country or jurisdiction where KashRewards operates.

Referrals

User promotional codes may be deleted or blocked if they mimic existing codes associated with well-known YouTubers, streamers, or their nicknames.

Bans

A user may be temporarily or permanently banned for any activity deemed suspicious or potentially fraudulent. The following actions may lead to account suspension or freezing:
- Using multiple accounts or creating more than one account per household.
- Receiving chargebacks on offers.
- Completing offers on another user's account.
- Using VPNs, VPS, or any form of emulator software.
- Completing an unusually high number of offers in a short period.
- Engaging in offers that show a high rate of chargebacks or other suspicious patterns.

Offer Holds

We reserve the right to temporarily hold offer credits at any time. This may occur automatically if a survey exceeds the user's credit limit.
We retain the right to hold these credits for up to 60 days after the completion of an offer.

Coins

All values on the KashRewards website are represented in Coins. Please note that Coins do not hold any real-world monetary value and can only be used within the site for withdrawal options or specific services.

Taxes

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with the tax regulations in your country. You must report and settle any income earned through kashrewards.com with the relevant tax authorities.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases where an error is made by kashrewards.com. However, issues related to Binance or errors in entering withdrawal addresses are beyond our control and will not be eligible for a refund from us. In such cases, you will need to contact the relevant service provider directly to request a refund.
